It is the policy of Class 3 Sales that:

⦁ All sales on used, damaged, "sold as is" and NFA items are final. NO REFUNDS
⦁ All products carry original Manufacturer warranty only. We offer NO warranty, implied or expressed what so ever.
⦁ All returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.
⦁ Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased (this includes packaging) or item(s) may not be accepted for return.
⦁ Credit card fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
⦁ Firearm purchases at gunshows that are "delayed" or "denied" will be cancelled.
⦁ Also, the purchaser will guarantee full payment, if check or credit/debit card payment does not, can not or fails to be processed. In other words, your payment does not go through, I report the firearm as stolen and point BATFe/FBI at YOU!

NFA Purchases

⦁ NFA paperwork processing times is not in my control.
⦁ If you do not submit your form 4's to BATFe within 90 days, there will be a storage fee assessed:
⦁ $25 per month on any standard sized suppressor(s)
⦁ $50 per month on standard sized machine gun(s)
⦁ oversized items is charged double the above listed fee.
⦁ Any Nfa item in storage for more that 2 years shall be considered abandoned, if paperwork has not been filed.
⦁ If you have need the paperwork reprinted to submit, I will charge a $50 dumba** fee.
⦁ After approved form 4's arrive, any fees must be paid prior to transfer of item(s) to you. If you refuse to pay fees, approved form 4(s) will be sent back to BATFe saying transfer cancelled. All fees plus restocking fee will be applied to amount paid and balance will be applied to an in-house credit .

All firearms

⦁ All firearms are dangerous! Proper care must be taken that no injuries occur.
⦁ You must inspect and maintain your firearm properly. Failure to do so may result in damage to the firearm and/or injury/death to the shooter and/or bystanders.
⦁ It is your responsibility to make sure that the firearm is safe and properly maintained.
⦁ You should inspect and clean all firearms prior to use.
⦁ Any firearm(s) shold as used should be inspected by a gunsmith prior to use.

Online Purchases and bidding(if auction)

⦁ It is your responsibility to know your states laws, (i.e. if you bid on a pistol that cones with Hi-Cap mags and you live in a state that restricts Hi-Cap mags - you bid and win, I will ship the weapon without the mags! I will not substitute mags nor credit the amount.)
⦁ I will not ship to California (too much BS) - auction or otherwise.
⦁ Contact by winning bidder must be made within 24 hours. I must recieve payment and copy of FFL within 7 days. Winner pays actual shipping charges.
⦁ ALL Federal, State (your state and mine) and NFA Laws/Rules apply.
⦁ Winning bid on NFA items does NOT include any transfer taxes, unless so stated in action listing. Please ask what form the item is on, (Form 2, 3 or 4) so you can know what taxes apply.
